Analytics in the C-Suite: A One-on-one Conversation with CBS President and Chief Research and Analytics Officer Radha Subramanyam, PhD

Wharton Vice-Dean of Analytics and Professor of Marketing and Statistics, Eric Bradlow, will discuss a “career in analytics” with Dr. Radha Subramanyam that has spanned network, social, cable, digital, and large broadcast media.    Topics discussed will include the use of modern data science to supplement traditional marketing research, and in particular the current use of big data and analytics for show creation, a topic of interest to all companies that want to use NLP, AI, and their transactional data for new product design.

This series unleashes the power of academic research to provide the right answers to the tough questions industries are grappling with. In each hour long session, a professor and an industry leader will discuss the pressing challenges facing industries in today’s difficult environment. The academic will share the latest research on topics like disruption, branding, and analytics. Then their industry counterpart will talk about how to apply these concepts and frameworks to help facilitate better marketing decisions. Corporate members will be invited to share insights and ask questions in these live, interactive Zoom sessions.
