How my research impacts research practice
I specialize in the quantification of customer behavior in a digital setting. My past research has modeled purchasing behavior using clickstream logs and event timelines, customer responses to personalized ad experiences, social media engagement, and the consumption of digital and streaming content. My current research focuses broadly on the impact of artificial intelligence in marketing, with a particular interest in how the technology is impacting customer experiences.

I have consulted for and collaborated with several companies in areas related to my research. I have also advised start-up companies and new product teams.
How I like to collaborate
My ideal collaboration is a research partnership where the company partner facilitates the data collection (e.g., masked customer data, field experiments, large scale surveys, etc.) for a research question that would have impact on the challenges facing the company and will further academic advancement. The project would ideally generate at least one academic paper and at least one co-authored white paper.
