How my research impacts research practice

As a consumer psychologist, I study how consumers make decisions and how their product evaluation and brand choice may be influenced by the intersection of external (i.e., situational and potentially marketer-controlled) and internal (i.e., cultural and dispositional tendencies) factors. My research can help marketers develop better strategies and design more effective plans to execute their strategies.

How I have worked with businesses

I have provided consultation to companies on survey designs and interpretations of data. I have served as expert witness on trademark infringement cases, and corporate image cases.

How I like to collaborate

I welcome research collaboration opportunities, and would be happy to offer workshops on insights into the customer experience journey.
