2025 Doctoral Seminar on Marketing Strategy

April 21, 2025

MSI is co-sponsoring a unique doctoral seminar on marketing strategy this fall. Initiated by the Marketing Strategy Consortium, it will be co-taught by marketing faculty from across the globe.

The purpose of the seminar is to provide students with exposure to marketing strategy topics and leading scholars in the area. The seminar will be especially useful for high-potential doctoral students interested in marketing strategy but lacking formal exposure to strategy research at their schools.

The seminar consists of 15 sessions of 180 minutes each, meeting weekly between August 15 and November 21 on Friday mornings at 10:00 am Eastern Time USA. (Session #8 will take place on Thursday, Oct 9, and starts at 7:30 am ET.)

It will be limited to 20 students. Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee comprising Mike Ahearne, Ajay Kohli, Raji Srinivasan, and Werner Reinartz.

There is a course fee of US $500 total. The fees are due only after admission decisions have been made and not at the time of registration; a separate invoice and payment link will be sent upon acceptance to the course.

Applications can be submitted HERE and are due by Sunday, June 15, 2025.
