Overview

The Wharton School’s David R. Bell and Peter Fader will share practical, actionable insights from their recent research on consumer shopping behavior and customer lifetime value, respectively.

Following their presentations, small work groups will be organized to generate a comprehensive list of issues and key challenges as part of the process to determine MSI’s future research initiatives.

Free to MSI members, this gathering offers a unique opportunity to meet with other members in your area to discuss the knowledge marketers need to achieve breakthrough results while helping to shape MSI’s 2016-2018 Research Priorities.
