How my research impacts research practice

My research agenda is inspired by the profound impact of digital technologies on online consumer behavior and digital strategies within firms. I am especially interested in key areas related to digital advertising, social media, ad-blockers, the digital economy, and consumer behavior in technology-mediated environments. My research papers draw insights from analyzing vast real-world data, both structured and unstructured, yielding significant implications for marketers as well as for policymakers. My approach involves using a suite of empirical methods, including advanced causal inference analytics and machine learning algorithms, to extract actionable intelligence that empowers marketers to navigate and thrive in a technology-centric landscape.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with various companies in the digital economy, ranging from small innovative startups to established firms, to address complex marketing and technology-related challenges.
