Summarizes the proceedings of "Retailing in a Global, Multi-Channel World," cosponsored by MSI, the Wharton School's Jay H. Baker Retailing Center, and the Fashion Institute of Technology, on June 20-21, 2012, in New York City.

The rules of retail are rapidly evolving. How are retailers and manufacturers responding to the challenge?
