At the American Marketing Association (AMA) Summer Educators’ Conference, Paul Bloom, Duke University, received an AMA Lifetime Achievement Award. The honor, given by the AMA’s Marketing and Society special interest group, recognizes Bloom’s significant contributions to the field of social impact marketing and research.
Robert Palmatier, Rajiv P. Dant, Dhruv Grewal, and Kenneth R. Evans received the 2011 Louis W. Stern Award for their 2006 Journal of Marketing article, “Factors Influencing the Effectiveness of Relationship Marketing: A Meta-Analysis.” The award recognizes the outstanding article, published in a refereed journal, that has made a significant contribution to the literature on marketing and channels distribution.
