David Montgomery named INFORMS Fellow
At the October annual meeting of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS), 1995-97 MSI Executive Director David B. Montgomery was inducted as an INFORMS Fellow for “research contributions to marketing science, marketing strategy, and global marketing and management.” He is currently the Kresge Professor of Marketing, Emeritus at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Visiting Professor of Marketing and Management and Dean, Emeritus of the Lee Kong Chian School of Business at Singapore Management University. The Fellows Award recognizes distinguished individuals who have demonstrated outstanding and exceptional accomplishments and experience in operations research and the management sciences. In 2008, 1991-93 Executive Director Richard Staelin was inducted as a Fellow.
