Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 10 business days prior to the first day of the conference receive a full refund minus a 5% service charge. Refunds will only be made by the original method of payment. You may designate a substitute, however please note that this may not be possible in all situations.

Cancellations received after the cancellation deadline, but prior to the date of the conference do not receive refunds. You may apply registration fee to a future conference. These funds must be used within one-year from the date of the original conference. Cancellations on re-registrations result in forfeiture of funds. Unexpended funds are forfeited.

Cancellations received on or after the date of the conference and no-shows do not receive refunds. You may not apply registration fee to a future conference.
