The conference will focus on successful approaches to innovation and branding in China’s markets. Innovation topics include: What platforms and capabilities are required for innovation in emerging markets? What is the role of disruptive innovation? How can companies develop affordable innovations that meet market needs? How can firms profitably price their offerings? Branding topics include the following: What are the benefits of brand images: “Made in China” versus “King Maker China”? How can firms build brand equity in China’s consumer markets? What are the benefits of a market presence in China? This conference will address these topics in both consumer and business-to-business contexts, including high technology products, services, and manufactured goods.
