The rules of retail are rapidly evolving. This conference will explore how retailers and manufacturers are responding to the challenges of a global, multichannel world. Drawing on lessons learned from manufacturing, retailing, and academia, the conference will address the rise of the global consumer, the in-store shopping experience, and managing the retail experience across multiple channels. The one and a half day conference format will include keynote addresses and panel discussions with active involvement from the audience.
